We take THE FRESHEST pecans and dry roast them (we never use oil!) in cinnamon and sugar, with a hint of vanilla to create a final product that looks, smells, and most importantly tastes - heavenly.

    I found one that still had the '"pith" still in it and I found it bitter, other than that, you have a very good product!

    I received this sample and ate them all by myself in one sitting....wishing for more. They were delicious.
