We've Changed!

You may have noticed a few changes around our site.

For one, shipping is no longer free. Sigh.

Second, our old promotion - 'Buy 2, get 3 Free' has ended. Double sigh.

But...prices are lower! Yay!

For e.g. our super-popular 'Build your own 1/2 lb. bag' product which used to be $12, is now $8. 

And there's lots more of those kinds of changes where that came from.

What's going on?

Well, we've heard from a lot of you that you wanted multiple shipping items (not just the standard USPS). 

You wanted the ability to choose your carrier and delivery time, and previously that wasn't possible.

Also, absorbing the fluctuating cost of shipping resulted in our product pricing being unstable, resulting in unpredictable price jumps from day to day, which took many of our customers off guard.

And lastly, we wanted the ability to offer you promotions that were flexible, and reflected the way each customer shopped, not just bulk (Buy 2, get 3) type of discounts.

So....for the sake of shipping flexibility, pricing consistency, and individualized promotions, we've decided to...

1) lower our prices ('Roaster's Pricing', i.e. lowered, 'straight from the manufacturer' pricing)

2) offer multiple shipping options with live rate previews (you can see these in your cart, even before checkout), and 

3) offer a FREE 10 bag nut sampler, free with EVERY paid purchase (just remember to add it to your cart).

We've also added many new products - including a whole line of dairy-free chocolate.

We realize these new changes may take some time getting used to, but we hope that in the long-run, the benefit will be felt by each and every one of you, in terms of the lowered, consistent pricing, flexiblity in shipping, and more frequent and exciting promotions.
